Today is a gift

Today is a Gift
Yesterday is history, Tomorrow is a mystery, TODAY IS A GIFT, That's why it's called the present.
This is on Bethany's blogsite. I like it so I copied it. Her blog is: http://bethaney-todayisagift.blogspot.com/

  1. I try to be an active blogger. Been slacking a little! :) WELCOME!

  2. I agree that yesterday is history and tomorrow is a mystery. It is catchy that it rhymes.

"present" is a homophone. Whether today is a gift or not has nothing to do with why it is called "present." This is a play on words, forwarded in too many emails.

Strictly speaking, there is no "now," since time is ever-increasing. Even by the time you say "now," it is no longer that moment since that moment is in the past.

This is sort of like Heisenbergs' uncertainty principle. You can't know place AND time, only one or the other.

  3. mom, I hate to tell ya... you spelled my name wrong...

    love ya!
